(1) laser energy is not enough, can improve the pulse width, improve the current to solve.
(2) focusing mirror out of focus is not the right amount, should adjust the amount of out of focus to close to the focal point of the position (but can not have spatter produced).
Third, the laser welding machine welding laser beam weakening
(1) cooling water pollution or long-term cooling water has not been replaced, replace the cooling water and clean the ultraviolet filter glass tube and xenon lamp can be solved.
(2) focusing lens or laser resonant cavity diaphragm damage or pollution, should be replaced or cleaned in a timely manner.
(3) the main optical path laser offset, adjust the main optical path full reverse and half reverse diaphragm, the use of like paper inspection and rounding spot.
(4) the laser is not from the focusing head below the centre of the copper air nozzle output, adjust the 45-degree reflection diaphragm, so that the laser from the centre of the air nozzle output.
(5) the light gate is not fully pop-up, check and add lubricant on the light gate connectors, so that the connectors can be mechanically smooth.
