  1. Generally speaking, burrs may appear on the processed parts, and the possible reasons include:

(1) Deviation in the laser focus position, the focus position should be tested and adjusted according to the displacement of the laser focus;

(2) Insufficient laser output power. It is necessary to check if the laser generator is working properly. If normal, please observe whether the output value of the laser control button is correct? If incorrect, adjust accordingly;

(3) Cutting line speed is too slow, it is necessary to increase the line speed during operation control;

(4) Cutting gas purity is not enough, need to provide high quality cutting working gas;

(5) The machine has been running for a long time, resulting in instability, need to stop and restart.

  1. Laser incomplete cutting

Reasons for incomplete laser cutting:

(1) The selection of laser nozzle does not match the thickness of the processing plate, replace the nozzle or processing plate;

(2) The laser cutting line speed is too fast, and operation control is needed to reduce the line speed.

  1. Abnormal sparks occur when cutting low-carbon steel

When cutting low-carbon steel normally, the spark beam is long, flat, and has fewer forks. The occurrence of abnormal sparks can affect the machining of the workpiece
